Reincarnated Souls
In spiritual circles it is common to hear the terms 'young soul' and 'old soul'. It is used to describe the behaviour patterns of another person.
Put simply, if someone is irrational, foolish and immature in behaviour it may be suggested they are still to learn many of the lessons that makes for a respected member of functioning society.
Using the term Young Soul is deeper than suggesting they didn't do well in Junior school and are 'a little daft' when valued by intelligence. It is in reference to the bigger picture - the Eternal Life of a soul.
Souls who have Reincarnated many times, have learnt many life lessons, dealt with much of their karma and act maturly are considered old souls. They are the wise ones amongst us. They have an aire of authority and calm perspective. They have their emotions in check and are here to make the world a better place for everyone.
I think it is most obvious in children. While they all hold the right to play and be silly, the eyes of a child who has reincarnated many times are wise. They may say things that are informed beyond their years. They may have character traits or habits that are ingrained and not learned.
